LITTLE MOVERS GYM

Our Mighty Movers class is the perfect place for preschoolers to grow their confidence and skills in an energetic, independent setting. At this age, children are ready to explore more structured gymnastics activities while still enjoying plenty of playful movement and imagination.

Through obstacle courses, basic tumbling, balance beams, bars, and age-appropriate equipment, Mighty Movers learn the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and encouraging way. Classes focus on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness, while also introducing listening skills, teamwork, and perseverance.
