An outdoor sensory session run in collaboration with Jenna from ‘Together: One step at a time’.

This session has reduced numbers to ensure the children have enough time and space to explore the garden and activities at their own pace. The session is free flow and the children are able to engage with anything that takes their interest. We typically finish with parachute time which the children come to know signals the end of the session and leads into an unhurried transition time for families to leave the garden.

Our garden space is fully enclosed with fences and a gate. There is step free access however the floor covering is mainly woodchip which can be uneven under foot and difficult for some wheelchairs. There are toilet facilities available within the craft village.
