Description
Class is covered on the 20th and canceled on the 27th due to a bereavement in my family. I'll be back on December 4th. Thank you for your understanding.
Prenatal Yoga has many benefits in pregnancy and for labour and birth, helping to: maintain optimal alignment as your posture changes, build strength and mobility and give you tools to reduce your stress in day to day life. I believe that you should feel strong, capable and empowered in this time. A lot of information out there (don't do this, don't do that - without any explanation!) can make us fear our bodies and birth, so while we will do relaxation practices, we will also maintain and build strength in a mindful way to accommodate your incredible, changing body. All stages of pregnancy are welcome.
