A gentle, welcoming class designed especially for you and your newborn in those precious early months.

Our Step 1 course combines baby massage, baby yoga, calming sensory play, music, and age-appropriate development activities to help your little one grow, bond, and thrive.

You’ll learn soothing techniques to ease colic, help with sleep, and support your baby’s development, while enjoying relaxed, friendly chats with other new parents.

It’s also a great way to make new mum friends – I set up a WhatsApp group so you can connect outside of the sessions, and I’m always on hand as your course leader to offer any support you may need along the way.

Over 5 weeks, we’ll cover:

Baby Massage – learn full-body massage routines and techniques to help with relaxation, bonding, and colic relief

Baby Yoga – gentle stretches and movements to aid development and flexibility

Paediatric First Aid Awareness – gain confidence in handling common baby emergencies

Sensory Play – explore colours, sounds, and textures to stimulate your baby’s senses

Tummy Time Techniques – make tummy time fun while strengthening muscles

Baby Graduation – celebrate your journey with keepsakes and photos

Whether it’s your first outing with your baby or you’re already a seasoned pram-pusher, Step 1 is a safe, nurturing space where you’ll feel supported, uplifted, and never rushed.

Kenley Memorial Hall has its own car park which is free to use and the hall is big enough for the prams.
