At Luna's Moon, we are dedicated to providing nurturing experiences through baby massage.

Our expert instructor is down-to-earth, approachable, and creates a supportive space where parents can bond with their babies while learning baby massage techniques that promote bonding, development, wellness, and more.

We believe that each session is a chance to share and celebrate your baby's milestones, connect with other mums on their parenting journey, and make lasting friendships along the way.

This is an initial 6-week programme where you will learn and cover all techniques for each body part and their benefits, any contraindications, and meet new mums along the way. 

During the sessions, I will teach you the massage routine and break it down to ease the learning and allow you time and space to learn and practice without rush or pressure to "get it right the first time" and to begin to understand your baby’s cues and body language, how to soothe your baby and much more.

All classes are informal, relaxed and baby-led. The venue is small enough for you to feel calm, relaxed and enjoy one-to-one time with your baby.

We understand how anxiety-inducing it can be to attend a mum and baby class, and so we always do our very best to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable, hence my small class size of 6 pairs of one mum and their baby. If your partner would like to attend instead of you, this is absolutely fine, or you can teach them at home with our helpful weekly handouts.

I understand how important it is for you to have other mums around you in the early months of baby (and beyond) and what value and support this brings in your life, which is why I provide 30 minutes of 'mamma time' to chat and connect with a warm drink and treat.

**Oil will be provided in the 2nd week class after a compulsory patch test is completed in week 1, and mum reports no reactions had by them or their baby.
In the first week, we cover massage techniques which don't require any oil.

Please bring along:
*Your baby's usual changing bag
*Your baby’s favourite toy/ comforter
*Baby’s blanket
*A towel from home
*wear comfortable clothing
