Baby Yoga is fun for you and your baby and helps to strengthen your baby’s body using gentle coordinated stretches and movements. It’s great for neural development, balance and coordination and there’s also lots of lovely songs and music to keep your baby entertained. The classes also include gentle postnatal stretches for mums and some much deserved relaxation time! 🧘‍♀️
