Description

Baby yoga is great for helping to develop your little one's balance, coordination and muscle strength to name a few benefits. It is a fun class for you to bond with your baby, chat to other mums and take some time out for yourself too! The course includes handouts so you can practice at home, a goody bag, refreshments whilst you chat with other mums and a WhatsApp group so you can stay in touch with your new support circle.
