MAMA SAUNA

A community wellness sauna session for new mums with young babies.

Come join us for an hour session to relax and recharge in the sauna with other mums, while taking turns to keep an eye on each other’s babies.

The sauna space is inside with two cold plunges and showers and warm teas on offer.

By booking a ticket here you’re securing a space. There is a capacity so if you’re unable to attend pls let us know and we can put your space forward for another mum

Price of session is payable at the venue.

TBC but hoping to offer a sliding scale of £15- £20 per session to make it a bit more accessible.

We want to be accessible to as many mothers but as we’re starting out and the sauna venue is new too, we’ve had to make the decision to start off supporting mums with young babies that are pre crawling.

We’re hoping, after a few sessions and some fine tuning, we’ll be able to open it up to babies that are a bit older

There is space for prams and a few mats for the babies to lay on during the session.
Currently no baby change while we trial the sessions, please can you take your dirty nappies home with you to help minimise waste
