Baby Massage with Margot is a five-week baby massage course designed to support both you and your baby during the early postnatal months.

Each session begins with a short, guided relaxation to help you arrive and settle, followed by learning massage strokes for a different part of baby’s body each week, including routines that can help to ease wind, colic and teething pain. After the massage, there is time for a gentle, parent-led discussion — a space to build community and share if you wish, or simply to listen and feel less alone. There is never any pressure to contribute.

We close each class with a short reading or poem, and parents are encouraged to stay afterwards for light refreshments and an opportunity to build connections. 

Whether you're new to parenthood or growing your family, this course is for you. You’ll learn how to massage your baby with confidence, supporting bonding, relaxation, digestion and emotional connection, in a warm and welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. 

Classes are always baby-led. You’ll be encouraged to follow your baby’s cues and respond to their needs in the moment. There’s never any expectation for babies to be calm or settled.

• Classes take place in my home on Catharine Street, CB1.

I’m a certified baby massage instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage, hold an enhanced DBS check and fully insured.
