ME AND MY BABY

Five week course of baby massage to enhance bonding and communication between you and your baby, as you spend quality time together.

Baby massage can help to relax your baby, potentially improving sleep, and can also bring pain relief from things like teething, constipation, wind, and colic.

In a calm, relaxed, informal environment you will gradually learn to do massage strokes covering your baby's whole body, as you watch a demonstration on a doll. There will also be plenty of time for discussion and sharing tips and experiences.

The classes are baby-led so you are encouraged to feed on demand, comfort your baby, or do whatever your baby needs.

There is easy pram-friendly access from the free, private car park, plus disabled toilets and baby-changing facilities.
