Description
Join us for this gentle first class which is as much for mums as is it for babies. A relaxing class of baby massage techniques and sound meditation. Each week there will be different mindfulness techniques, you'll be guided through a sound journey suitable for babies and also learn the skill of baby massage.
Babies need to be 6 weeks and have had their 6 week check.
Bring yourself and your babies usual changing and feeding stuff. Also please bring a blanket.
