Join a 5-week Baby Massage & Conscious Parenting Course in Nunhead, South London — a nurturing, small-group experience designed for parents and babies from birth to 12 months.

Led by Maru, a certified Baby Massage and Aware Parenting Mentor, this unique course blends the soothing practice of baby massage with the principles of respectful and conscious parenting.

Each week includes a grounding exercise, baby massage strokes, and a gentle discussion exploring topics like:

• Understanding your baby’s cues
• Crying and emotional expression through an Aware Parenting lens
• Holistic, biological approaches to sleep
• Montessori, RIE, and Pikler principles for babies
• Respectful baby handling and movement

You’ll leave each session feeling calmer, more connected, and more confident in reading and responding to your baby’s needs.

• Cold-pressed baby massage oil (glass bottle)
• Herbal tea, cake, and fruit each week
• A take-home handbook with all massage strokes and parenting resources
• A small goodie bag with natural, low-tox gifts for parents

Classes take place at MICA Yoga, Nunhead SE15 — a warm, welcoming studio with temperature control to keep babies comfortable.

Spaces are limited to create a relaxed, supportive environment where you can meet like-minded parents, share experiences, and build real connections.
