Singing together is powerful! It lifts the spirits, lowers stress and boosts feelings of connection to others. And, although the singing is mostly for our benefit, your baby will love it too, soothed by your voice and lulled by your mood.

You don't need any experience, the simple songs and gorgeous harmonies are learnt by ear - this session is for everyone seeking connection and community and a bit of a sing too. And there'll be plenty of time to drink tea, eat cake and chat afterwards...
