MOTHERLY LOVE

Motherly Love is a free, open space for new mums and birthing people to talk about their needs rather than the baby. There is no need to sign up beforehand and you don't need to make a weekly commitment. You can share how you're feeling or just come and listen to others. You don't need to arrive on time, so you'll be welcomed any time during the session. 

Whether you've experienced a traumatic birth, are feeling lonely, overwhelmed, anxious or have low mood, fed up of the mental load, want to get help but don't know where to turn, struggling with feeding or weaning, depleted by the lack of sleep, have a baby with colic or any other issues affecting you . . . we are here for you. 

We believe that your emotional wellbeing is one of the most important aspects of motherhood and we want to normalise talking about the good, the bad and everything in between. 

Motherly Love is there to celebrate the wins of parenting whilst also supporting and recognising the challenges that come with being a parent.
