​If any of this sounds familiar, our 5 week course we can help.

This course will help you find out what you are capable of being, doing and achieving. You’ll identify your strengths, skills and abilities. You will also identify your values - what’s important to you in your life.  We’ll acknowledge your current commitments and needs and look at ways to change any limiting beliefs you might have.

You will discover ideas and possibilities for future work, study and/ or a career.

This is a 5 week course. Free creche - need to do a settling in session before the course starts. Babies under 1 can be in the session.
