Bring your child along to Rewild’s Valentine's Day Soundbath — a beautiful opportunity for you both to rest, reconnect, and restore together.

Soundbath for Kids - suitable for 4 years up until 12 years old.

Children today lead such busy lives filled with school, clubs, and homework. This soundbath offers them (and you!) a rare chance to simply lie down, unwind, and recharge — no screens in sight.

Soundbaths can help support children’s mental and emotional wellbeing. Through gentle sound and guided relaxation, they can:

• Develop listening and focus skills
• Learn breathing techniques and self-regulation
• Cultivate calm, ease, and emotional awareness
• Begin to tune in to their own inner voice and intuition

You’ll both lie back and be guided through a deeply soothing journey of breathwork, meditation, and visualisation — accompanied by Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and soft vocal tones.

This is an inclusive event, open to mums, dads, grandparents, nannies, or any guardian who’d like to join.

Please bring yoga mats, cushion/pillows and blankets plus anything extra to make you and your child comfortable — such as sleeping bags, eye masks, socks, or a quiet comfort toy. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle.

Children are welcome to sit up or move quietly during the session, as long as they remain mindful of others.

The session lasts around 55 minutes, including:

• Gentle breathwork, meditation, and visualisation
• 25–40 minutes of immersive sound healing
• A short time at the end for children to explore and play the instruments themselves

Come with an open mind and an open heart, and leave feeling calm, connected, and restored.
