Description

Nurture baby yoga is a fun, gentle way to support your baby's physical and emotional development through yoga movements and songs, with some involving parents too.

Classes are suitable for babies 2 months to 1 year.

All equipment used is eco-conscious ,natural and non toxic.

Classes are led by Sam, an experienced neonatal nurse with a passion for baby wellness.

All classes end with refreshments and homemade cake and a chance to chat to each other and gain mutual support.

Soul Barns is a beautiful yoga barn set in the countryside with excellent facilities and parking available.
