supportive postnatal yoga, asanas, breath, baby bonding and community: open to parents from 6 weeks post-birth (8 weeks after C-section, with GP approval) and suitable for pre-crawling babies
Welcome to Oca’s Mum & Baby Yoga — we’re so happy you’re joining us.
Before class:
• Arrive 5–10 mins early to settle in
• Bring a blanket/muslin for baby + water for you
• Feeding, changing, cuddles — all welcome, always
• If you’re <6 weeks postpartum (12 after C-section) or have any pelvic floor/DR concerns, please let me know
• As our space is cosy and we don’t have a reception area, it really helps if you can bring your baby in a sling — we have only a few spaces for pushchairs. Thanks so much for understanding 🙏
What to expect:
Gentle movement, breath, core + pelvic floor support, and a calm space to connect with your baby and other mums. Come as you are — naps/tears/noise are all part of the circle.
