Description
Having a baby is life-changing in every way and can significantly impact our mental health. Don't feel you're on you own, because you're not.
Whether you're expecting a baby, in the newborn trenches, in the wild west of toddlerhood or somewhere in between, do come along to our support group if you're finding it tough.
We meet on the first and third Monday of every month, 7-8pm. Lichfield Family Hub (formerly Charnwood Children's Centre) is the lovely space that we meet in. No need to book - just drop in.
Lichfield Family Hub is the blue building on the left of the shared site with Charnwood Primary and Rocklands School. There's plenty of car parking available on site.
