Description
Join Parents 1st for a series of THREE antenatal sessions on the 7th, 14th, 21st May from 11:00am-1:00pm at St Michaels & All Angels Centre, 62 Leigh Road, Southend On Sea, SS9 1LF. These sessions are free.
We recommend you come along to all three sessions. Dads and partners are very welcome to come along too (please book a space for each person attending).
Session 1 You and your wellbeing (healthy eating, keeping active, changing body, emotional wellbeing)
Session 2 Preparing for labour and birth (managing contractions, labour bag, birth positions, expectations)
Session 3 Practical baby care (nappy changing, bathing, safe sleep, feeding, travelling with your baby)
The sessions will be led by our peer supporters Laura, Jamie and Terina.
