Join our expert-led workshop for mothers from 6 weeks postpartum, designed to help you return to exercise safely and confidently.
Over the course of 2 hours, the workshop will cover the following:
- Informative talk with Rosie: Get the facts on pelvic floor recovery, safe core strengthening, and what to expect post-birth. Rosie will also offer a check for diastasis (abdominal separation).
- Gentle Pilates class with Clara: A safe and effective class tailored to your post-natal body, with guidance on how to adapt movements
- Tea & Cake: A chance to relax, chat, and get your questions answered.
Non Crawling Babies are welcome, but equally this could be the perfect opportunity for a bit of solo mama time!
