Pregnancy Yoga – Expert-led, Flexible & Supportive
These friendly, flowing yoga classes help ease common aches and pains, prepare your body and mind for birth, and give you space to connect with yourself and your baby.
Unlike many courses, my classes run continuously, so you can join at any time, keep moving right up to birth, and benefit from the consistency. Each session begins with a short check-in to address any specific niggles, so the class is tailored to your needs.
Led by me, Eleanor, a yoga teacher with the standard 65-hour Pre & Postnatal Yoga qualification and ongoing advanced training as a Pregnancy & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist (certifying Autumn 2025). You’ll be guided by someone with deep, specialised knowledge of the pregnant and postnatal body.
Stay connected outside of class with our very friendly and active WhatsApp group – a welcoming space where local mums ask questions, share tips, and support one another through pregnancy and beyond.
Booking is flexible:
- Can’t make a date? Transfer your ticket to another session or venue with 48hrs notice.
- Any unused sessions at the end of pregnancy can roll into postnatal classes (see T&Cs for more details)
