Designed to help you regain your strength and fitness, paying close attention to the areas of your body impacted by pregnancy and those you need during motherhood. This is your time to move, feel good and connect with other mums in a motivating and supportive environment. Classes are relaxed and baby-friendly — feed, cuddle, or settle your little one whenever needed. Suitable after 6 week check and for babies up to crawling.
Prams can be parked in main area. Feeding and changing in main area welcome.
