Our classes are a wonderful way to unwind and stay healthy in pregnancy. They are the perfect balance of relaxation, laughter & exercise and a fabulous opportunity to meet other Mums to be.

Designed by experts our aquanatal programme takes a holistic approach to mums' physical and mental well-being, combing relaxation with cardiovascular exercises to help prepare the body for birth.
