These Relax Kids Baby Mindful classes are designed to stimulate calm for babies and encourage their natural development. These classes are suitable for babies 6 to 12 months old and follow the Relax Kids Seven Steps to promote emotional well-being, confidence, and calm. The classes are based around a well-known nursery rhyme and use a range of activities to strengthen the bond between parent and baby, supporting their natural development.
