Description
The body goes through a lot during pregnancy and child birth. After birth women are often left to get on with things without much thought going into their bodies except the odd 'don't forget your pelvic floor exercises' advice.
What does that even mean? For most this is way down on the list of things to do.
That is where this group comes in. It is a 6 week course of like minded ladies who want to learn and take control of their bodies. We cover a different topic each week such as breathing dynamics now baby is out, connecting to your pelvic floor, learning how to engage your abdominal muscles and working on areas which may affect you.
Everyone is different and experiences pregnancy and child birth differently so options are given to find the best method for you.
Easy and gentle exercises are practised each week and at the end of the course you will have found something that works for you that you can continue to work on independently.
The sessions are an hour in length with about half the time doing the course content and half the time talking to the other mothers, feeding and connecting with your baby.
