ROCK & ROLL BABY

This is a certified Infant Massage course following the globally recognised International Association of Infant Massage programme. The classes provide an opportunity for you to learn full body massage techniques and enjoy special, focussed time with your baby in a welcoming and supportive environment.

What to expect:

• Baby massage has been practiced in many cultures for thousands of years and research shows numerous benefits for both parents and babies.
• The classes provide an opportunity for you to enjoy special, focussed time with your baby in a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Only you will massage your baby. The instructor will demonstrate the strokes on a doll.
• Each week will focus on a different body area, such a legs, arms, tummy, face and back.
• Classes also include an introduction to gentle movements and a specific colic routine.
• Babies are encouraged to be babies so don’t worry if your baby chooses the time to sleep, cry or feed. Strokes will be reviewed and handouts are given so you can practice at home when your baby is more in the mood!
• Classes are suitable from birth until active crawling.
• Maximum spaces per class of 10, so it will feel intimate and the venue will be clean and warm.
