Description
A Pilates session that is as much about looking after your body and doing something for yourself as it is meeting some new friendly faces. Some days of parental leave can be tough and although your baby is coming with you (and will need whatever they need!) hopefully it's still a chance to do something nice for yourself.
Although the class is designed to be suitable for the post natal body, anyone caring for a baby who fancies a gentle move and stretch is more than welcome. If you have given birth recently once you've been medically cleared to exercise again (normally around 6 weeks after vaginal birth, 10/12 weeks for c-section) and are feeling ready to get out and about I'd love to see you at class.
Whether you're brand new to Pilates or looking to get back into it, there'll be exercise options for you. As a teacher I'd recommend booking a block but, as a parent, I'll applaud you for even making it out of the house!
There's ramp access and lots of space for prams. Please do ring your own mat and some water.
