Pregnancy Pilates can help increase and maintain core strength to keep abdominal strong to reduce lower back pain, maintain strength in the pelvic floor and to help reduce time postnatally for the abdominals to flatten. We practice breathing and relaxation at the end of every pilates class which you can use during your pregnancy and labour.
