Description
Singing | Cake | Community
This is a space for you to put yourself and your mental wellbeing first for 90 minutes. Come and fill your cup with songs for the soul, good company and a side of cake.
What will we actually do? Sing simple but gorgeous harmony songs (zero experience necessary, I promise) that are really good for you but also great for your baby's development. Then we will share some cake and have a chat.
You'll then have this amazing toolkit of songs to help you navigate motherhood and regulate your emotions (in turn teaching your little ones how to self-regulate).
First session is free (including the cake) so come and see what we're all about.
