SINGING MAMAS

A Singing Mamas group is a space where you can immerse yourself in the joy and wellbeing of singing! There are no auditions, no solos, and definitely no judgement. It's about the feeling singing brings. We sing simple harmony songs learnt by ear. You don't need any previous musical training or experience to enjoy this group!

The singing lasts an hour, then there's half an hour to relax, chat and enjoy some tea and cake.

Women, bumps and babies under one are welcome.

Cornerstone Cafe is a lovely, cosy space in the heart of Plaistow, East London.

Access to the Cafe is on the ground floor. There is limited space for buggies, so if you can go without, please do! There is more outdoor space to leave buggies (front garden - next to the pavement), weather permitting.
