SOL Sports Coaching is a dedicated provider of high-quality sports coaching, inspiring children of all ages to get active, develop skills, and build confidence through sport. With a team of passionate, qualified coaches, SOL Sports delivers fun, inclusive, and engaging sessions across a variety of settings.

During school holidays, sports camps give children the chance to enjoy a wide range of activities in a safe and supportive environment. Camps are designed to keep children active, introduce them to different sports, and encourage teamwork, resilience, and friendship, all while ensuring sessions remain fun and enjoyable.

For younger children, SOL Sports offers nursery lessons that introduce sport in a playful, age-appropriate way. These sessions focus on movement, balance, and coordination, using creative games and storytelling to help children develop early physical skills alongside social confidence.

In primary schools, SOL Sports coaches deliver high-quality PE lessons that align with the national curriculum. Lessons are designed to be inclusive and progressive, helping children improve from the basics of movement in Key Stage 1 to more advanced skills, tactics, and gameplay in Key Stage 2. The focus is not just on physical education but also on teamwork, leadership, and developing positive attitudes toward sport and activity.

Outside of school, weekend clubs provide additional opportunities for children to stay active and continue their development. These clubs combine skill-building, match play, and fun challenges, creating a friendly community environment for children to enjoy sport while making new friends.
