Description
Small group fitness classes (2–4 people) for mums who have completed Solas Rebuild, mums who have been cleared for exercise and have previous weight training experience (before or during pregnancy), or for all other women.
These sessions are more individualized, with a stronger focus on each client’s needs and goals. Babies are welcome to join you in class.
We know childcare isn’t always easy, so babies and young children are welcome at our classes. To keep them safe, they must remain in their pram, car seat, or playpen (which will be provided) throughout the session. For safety reasons, children cannot move freely around the gym, as the space contains heavy and potentially dangerous equipment.
Please note the studio is stair access only, but we’re more than happy to assist with bringing prams upstairs.
