SPELTHORNE GYMNASTICS

Our classes are designed for children aged 4 to 12 months. You and baby will be guided by our skilled coaches. Together, you and your baby will engage in exploratory play that promotes the development of gross motor skills while you cherish time spent with your little one. The session runs on a Friday 12.00pm-1.00pm and each class includes:

40 minutes of structured coach-led activities

20 minutes of free exploration time in the gym

These sessions are exclusively for our youngest gymnasts, so there are no older children in the space. This ensures a quiet, safe environment where babies can move confidently at their own pace.
