Parent & Baby Yoga (Carers Welcome)
This uplifting class is designed to energise both body and mind, offering a chance for parents and carers to move, stretch, and recharge while bonding with their little one.
You’ll be guided through a sequence of gentle yet enlivening yoga postures that support postnatal recovery, core stability, and mobility, while babies join in with simple movements and soothing interaction.
The class creates a joyful and supportive space where you can reconnect with your energy, share smiles with your baby, and meet other parents and carers. Leave feeling lighter, revitalised, and connected.
Arriving at Yonder
Our studio is based inside Yonder, East London (E17). The building is fully pram accessible, with a lift to the first floor where the studio is located.
When you arrive, you’ll find Wild Grains Bakery on the ground floor – perfect for a pre- or post-class coffee and pastry. Inside Yonder, there are baby changing facilities available for your convenience.
We want your visit to be as smooth and stress-free as possible, so whether you’re bringing your little one in a buggy or coming solo, everything is set up to make your experience easy and enjoyable.
Bring a blanket/changing mat for your little one.
