Come along and meet like-minded parents to be and get a taster of how hypnobirthing can help you through pregnancy and with your birth!

You will leave feeling positive about all the possibilities available to you in birth. Being informed about your options and being armed with a toolbox of calming skills is essential. We advocate for all births; hypnobirthing can be used in any setting. We equip you with realistic expectations and celebrate how powerful your body can be!

What will the evening include? 

🤰🏼You'll meet other local pregnant women and their partners

⭐️ We will be going through some practical skills that you gain from Hypnobirthing (which is a full antenatal preparation course - no need to do any additional courses).

✅ There's a chance to hear some positive birth stories to get you in the zone for your own birth

🧾You'll get access to our tried and tested birth bag list.

🫖 Grab a drink downstairs at the bar and head upstairs to The Hipwell Bar- we'll be waiting for you!

It's held at the wonderful Cherry Tree Pub in Olney (just up from the market square, past the traffic lights) There is free parking in the town (try the Market Square carpark and the Co-op carpark).

There is a lift to the top floor if needed.
