learn the simple techniques that will make a real difference to your labour and birth. We are so passionate about you being in control, being able to advocate for yourself and how you can navigate the maternity system.

we teach in person hypnobirthing classes Tuesdays 6.30 at Stonall village hall. 4 week course for the full kghypnobirthing. Antenatal birth preparation classes and newborn life support classes delivered by us, experienced midwives with 40 years experience between us!

we can’t wait to join you on your special journey to becoming a parent, whether it’s your first or 6th baby!

Booking essential.
Best time to book for hypnobirthing is from 20 weeks gestation and for antenatal classes around 30-32 weeks pregnancy.
Newborn life support can be booked at any time before baby is born ideally.
