Description
About the Event
Join Sascha Koerner-Heinjus (she/her), a passionate women’s health physiotherapist, for an open and supportive in-person conversation about understanding and caring for the body in the postpartum period.
This interactive session is designed to educate, empower and normalise the changes that come after birth with a focus on the pelvic floor, abdominal separation and returning to exercise. Sascha will share practical insights and create space for questions, connection and shared experiences.
While we’ll touch briefly on birth, the main focus will be on postpartum recovery. We aim to provide a safe, inclusive and trigger-aware environment, though please note that topics such as birth and pelvic floor dysfunction may come up.
