You and your baby will be guided through activities that encourage co- ordination and strength from early handling through to developing movement skills. I am a paediatric osteopath with a specialist interest in child development .I will give you developmental tips and insights in every class. The classes are small so I come and work with each and every one of you individually.

The first two years of your babies life are vital for setting up your child's musculoskeletal and movement pattern. That's why our sessions run fortnightly aligning with the way babies naturally develop new skills.
