Join us at The Little Yoga Studio for a special morning designed for parents and their little ones - a chance to connect, relax, and make lasting memories together.

The workshop includes:

✨ Baby Massage Routine with Lizzie Kinsbrook - Learn a gentle and nurturing routine that can help ease digestive discomfort, promote relaxation and better sleep, boost circulation, aid in strengthening the immune system and strengthen that wonderful parent–baby bond.

✨ Goody Bag - Take home a goody bag filled with treats for you and your little one.

We’ll start with a casual coffee morning, allowing parents to mingle while we get started with the photoshoots. Later, we’ll gather for a 40-minute baby massage workshop - a chance to connect, ease stress, and enjoy some calm together.

Whether you’re a first-time parent or adding to your growing family, this workshop is a lovely opportunity to celebrate this special time with your baby.

How to Find Us
By Train:
Take the GWR or Elizabeth Line to Twyford Station. Exit on Platform 4, head towards the road and turn right, then take the next left onto Waltham Road. You’ll see Ola Coffee and The Little Yoga Studio on your left – just a 2-minute walk.

By Car:
Please use The Old Grain Store, Waltham Road, Twyford RG10 9EE in your sat nav.
Free Parking: Waitrose & Loddon Hall Car Parks or nearby streets like Springfield Gardens & Station Road (please check signage – Waitrose has a 2-hour limit).
Paid Parking: Twyford Station & Polehampton Close Car Parks.

Studio Entrance:
Please enter the studio through Ola Coffee on Waltham Road. Our Station Road entrance remains closed. We kindly ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before class so you have plenty of time to get settled. The studio is upstairs and you can leave a pram in the cafe downstairs.
