Hey parents! Congratulations on your little bundle of joy. I'm a mama to two little humans & our massage journey started over 8 years ago.

The course offers a beautiful opportunity to nurture your baby whilst also creating a vital space for yourself as a parent to connect with others & recharge.

Infant massage is a gentle, powerful way to support your baby's development and overall well being.

Throughout this course I will guide you through techniques of soothing strokes where you will learn to help your little one with digestion, sleep, circulation & relaxation. Massage can ease common discomforts such as colic, trapped wind, while reinforcing a sense of security & comfort.

You will get to know your baby's cues. This is important because it will help you feel confident to respond to your baby's needs effectively. And of course massage can help strengthen & deepen the parent-baby bond through touch, eye contact & voice; all essential for healthy emotional development.

BUT its not just for baby. The postpartum period can feel isolating; getting out of the house in those first few weeks & in general is crucial. The Nurture Nest provides a warm, welcoming environment where mums/dads can share experiences, connect & support each other. Conversations over a hot drink, the reassurance of others going through the same journey & the time dedicated to you can make all the difference. The consistency of being with the same group for five weeks is what makes the course so special. As well as learning massage techniques, deepening your parent-baby bond, you will build a supportive community & hopefully lasting friendships.
