Description
A gentle Barre-Pilates fusion class designed for postpartum bodies, focusing on strength, posture, and balance. Connect with your baby while embracing music and exploring movement in a supportive, welcoming environment. This class is for mums and their babies or toddlers. No prior dance or Pilates experience needed! Expect a community of mothers supporting each other while staying active. Please ensure you've had your 6-week checkup before joining. Babywearing is optional, and breastfeeding is encouraged. Slings and assistance can be provided A safe, empowering space for mums to rediscover themselves and embrace motherhood.
-The baby barre class is 60 mins long.
-Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts, so you will have enough time to
settle down with your baby and get comfortable before we start.
-Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
-You may wear Pilates/yoga socks, soft dance shoe or join barefoot.
-Baby-wearing is optional for the class. If you prefer please bring a carrier/sling
with you for the babywearing section of the class.
-During the class I am happy to support and assist you with the baby wearing, so
you don’t have to worry about it! I will make sure that in my class you will feel
confident about yourself.
-We encourage breastfeeding and all of my classes are breastfeeding friendly, so
please don’t worry about feeding your little one during the class.
-Free onsite / nearby parking.
-Easy pram access.
