Description
Our Mum and Baby yoga class was created for new mums and their little ones. This gentle yet effective practice focuses on rebuilding strength and enhancing well-being, all while being in the company of your baby. Our postnatal class is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or once you've been cleared by your doctor, and your little ones are welcome to join until they start crawling. This class provides a supportive environment to meet like-minded mums, share experiences, and nurture both body and spirit.
-The yoga class is 60 mins long.
-Please arrive 5 minutes before class starts, so you will have enough time to
settle down with your baby and get comfortable before we start.
-Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
-You may wear socks or join barefoot.
-Baby is welcome to stay in the carrier / pram or can play on the baby mat.
-During the class we are happy to support and assist you so you will feel
confident about yourself.
-We encourage breastfeeding and all of my classes are breastfeeding friendly.
-Free onsite / nearby parking.
-Easy pram access.
