THE WONDERFUL CALM

The class will introduce you to the benefits of Infant Massage, starting with a relaxation routine, followed by massage strokes to help with a specific area of focus such as better digestion, congestion relief, muscle strengthening and teething relief.

The positive touch use through infant massage aids better communication, attachment, bonding and sleep.

Four areas of focus for the class will be:

Improving infant digestion,

Facilitate deeper breathing and congestion relief.

Aid muscle strengthen to help support tummy time, rolling, sitting and walking.

Alleviate teething discomfort.

Each class that is booked you will receive:

Complimentary goody bag,

Massage oil sample bottle (coconut or grapeseed oil),

Massage stroke leaflet with strokes learnt in the class.

Certificate.

This course is ideal for baby's from 6 weeks to pre crawling.

The Class will take place OUTSIDE in Clissold park (N16), Near the playground. When the class is setup I will send details of exact location via what3words.
