THE WONDERFUL CALM

The wonderful calm infant massage classes runs for one hour each week, focusing on infant massage techniques.

The class is a group course which will introduce you to the benefits of Infant Massage. Each week the class starts with a relaxation routine, followed by massage strokes to help with a specific area of focus such as better digestion, congestion relief, muscle strengthening and teething relief.

The positive touch use through infant massage aids better communication, attachment, bonding and sleep.

The class starts at 11am and ends at 12noon. There is 30mins at the end of the class where attendees can relax and enjoy a complimentary refreshment with fellow group members.

Each class that is booked you will receive a complimentary goody bag, massage oil sample bottle (coconut or grapeseed oil), a massage stroke leaflet with strokes learnt in the class and a certificate.

The class is ideal for baby's from 6 weeks to pre crawling.
