TONI OSBORNE YOGA

A pregnancy class sequenced to support new mothers nervous system, strength, mobility and confidence in our changing bodies.

These classes are welcoming, very friendly and we learn helpful tools for every stage of this wonderful but sometimes challenging journey.

We'll practice flowing vinyasa yoga to minimise aches and pains and feel strong physically.
Complemented by breathing techniques and guided meditations to ease anxiety, insomnia to feel relaxed and mentally prepared for labour and childbirth.

We will also focus on childbirth positions and ways to encourage baby into an optimal position.

This class will either be practiced in the covered garden, we do have large parasols so there is never direct sunlight and cover but please bring warm layers or in the colder months we'll head into the studio with underfloor heating which is also just as heavenly.

All mats, bolsters and props are provided and are sanitised after each class.

These are small group classes feeling more like a semi private group ensuring personal attention and modifications tailored to your needs.

The Wednesday evening class at 6.30pm is relaxing and sets us up for a great nights sleep and the Saturday 9.00am class is energising as a great way to start the weekend!

Toni is a mother and senior yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2012, specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and vinyasa yoga.
Toni is a Tutor on the 200hr Yogarise TT.
2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and Kindred Yoga TT 2021, 2022 and a specialist in pre and postnatal corrective exercise.
Lead Tutor on November 2024 85hr Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Training.
