Children learn their ABCs and 123s while developing physical, social, and cognitive skills.

Our unique educational athletics sessions for children aged 5 and under have been developed by a former GB athlete, BBC journalist and early years sports coach.

Our Sports Phonics® learning method aligns with the UK’s Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS).

We understand how important it is for parents to be able to work out. That’s why, after your child has had a few settle sessions with Track Tots and you've had a chat with the lead coach, we can offer a drop-off option to allow you to work out while the class is on.

A gentle reminder: all parents and carers must remain on-site at Nuffield Health while their child is with us."
