TWIST AND FLIP GYMNASTICS

At Twist and Flip Gymnastics, we believe movement is the foundation of a happy, healthy childhood. Our preschool gymnastics programs are designed to inspire confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of active play. Each class is carefully structured to support children’s physical, social, and cognitive development in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. We offer two programs tailored to different age groups: CopyCats and Little Gs.

CopyCats – Ages: Confidently walking to 3 years

CopyCats is a one-hour session focused on structured play, music, and guided movement. Children explore gymnastics equipment while learning through imitation, following songs, rhythms, and instructor-led activities. The class helps toddlers build confidence, body awareness, and coordination in a playful, encouraging environment. Parents actively participate, supporting children as they navigate obstacles, stretch, balance, and move creatively. Each session includes a short snack break. CopyCats is perfect for toddlers gaining independence, helping them grow in a safe, joyful, and structured setting.

Little Gs – Ages: 3 years to full-time school

Little Gs is a 45-minute independent session for preschoolers ready for more structure. Children enjoy themed classes with songs, imaginative play, and gymnastics equipment that encourages exploration and skill development. The curriculum enhances balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength, while fostering teamwork, listening skills, and confidence. Classes combine structured learning with playful experiences, helping children develop foundational motor skills while having fun. Little Gs provides a supportive environment where children can challenge themselves, learn new skills, and enjoy movement alongside peers, developing independence and self-confidence.

Sessions are led by fully qualified British Gymnastics Preschool Coaches.

Please enquire about our classes, as a booking process is required. All new participants must complete a New Joiner Form, followed by booking onto the desired class. Mandatory insurance applies to all members.

These sessions run term-time only on Saturday mornings. The first term operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, after which we move to block bookings to secure your child’s place for the following term.

For our independent classes, we operate a drop-and-go system for parents, as there is no waiting area on site.
