Description

Beckenham first Family Yoga ! Sunday 20th of July we are hosting our first family yoga event . This workshop consists of an adults yoga class( have a 40 mins to yourself) while the children have their own yoga class run by a children’s yoga teacher. Then we join together to deepen our bonds and connection with family yoga poses for the whole family.

£45 - One Adult one Child

This class is designed for the whole family. Adults will enjoy some time to practise while the children have their own immersive children’s yoga class. We will join together and have a family session .
