Description
A super fun 45mins Kids' Yoga Class inspired by popular children's books. We take time to say hello, to breathe, we read a story and move our bodies, before having a lovely relaxing (...sometimes!) rest to finish.
Ideal for ages 3-5yrs, with all children welcome.

Your first class is FREE so contact me to get booked in. Subsequent classes can be booked and paid for directly through Happity.
Older children will be able to understand and follow the instructions.
Little ones will be able to follow visually.
And very little ones will enjoy the sensory nature of the class with movement, scarves and sound bowls.
